Bandipora, Nov11 (JKNS): Bandipora Police on Tuesday conducted an extensive vehicle checking drive across various parts of the district. Multiple nakas were established at key locations to strengthen the security grid and to monitor any suspicious movement of persons and vehicles.
The drive was aimed at curbing the illegal activities. The special drive was supervised by senior officers and an effective coordination amongst all naka points was ensured.
Today’s checking drive is a part of Bandipora Police’s continuous efforts to maintain peace, law and order, and to ensure public safety across the district.
Bandipora Police has urged the general public to cooperate during such drives and to promptly report any suspicious activity or movement in their areas and reiterated its commitment to maintain peace, protect life and property, and uphold the rule of law across the district. (JKNS)
