Srinagar, Nov 7 (JKNS): Authorities on Friday said that the Kishtwar-Sinthan National Highway has been opened for vehicular movement, as per NHIDCL.

Officials told news agency JKNS, Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) will be allowed to cross Parna Check Post, Chingam between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
