JAMMU: The Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu today organised a special programme at Government College for Women, Parade to mark the celebration of Sewa Parv 2025.
A street play (Nukkad Natak) was presented by the artists of the Cultural Unit, Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu highlighting the values of selfless service and community welfare. The play conveyed the significance of “Sewa” as a guiding principle in building a compassionate and progressive society and also sensitized the students about youth-centric government schemes.
A large number of students and staff members of the College witnessed the performance and appreciated the artists for effectively spreading the message of Sewa Parv. The event inspired the audience to imbibe the spirit of selfless service in their personal and professional lives.
The Department of Information and Public Relations reaffirmed its commitment to using art and culture as effective tools for mass awareness and to promote positive social values through community outreach programmes.
