Srinagar, Sep 25 (JKNS): Vice Chancellor, Cluster University of Srinagar, Professor Mohammad Mobin has been listed in the top 2% of the most cited scientists across the world for the sixth consecutive time in the prestigious database released by Stanford University and Elsevier. As per news agency JKNS, The list, compiled by a leading global academic platform, highlights the most influential researchers worldwide based on their citation impact and research output. He has consistently featured in the coveted list since 2021. Prof. Mobin’s prolific publication record and the high impact of his research and scholarly work have earned him this rare recognition. He is an internationally recognized researcher in the field of Materials and Corrosion. When asked about his achievement, Prof. Mobin attributed his success to perseverance, continuous learning, and staying true to his passion for research. The staff of Cluster University Srinagar has congratulated Prof. Mobin on this achievement, celebrating his contribution to the global scientific landscape. “This recognition not only highlights Prof. Mobin’s individual accomplishments but also reflects positively on Cluster University Srinagar’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and innovation. As Prof. Mobin continues his research and contributions to his field, his achievement serves as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring scientists and researchers,” the university spokesperson said. Bestowed with the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal Society of Chemistry, London, Prof. Mobin has over 40 years of research experience in the field of Materials and Corrosion. He has authored over 180 research papers, completed 40 research projects, and contributed five books and scores of book chapters. (JKNS)
