Srinagar, Sep 19 (JKNS): The GR Beigh Memorial Foundation, in collaboration with the Jammu & Kashmir Government Employees Conference, will be observing World Pharmacist Day on 25th September 2025 at its head office in Bilal Colony, Soura, Srinagar.
World Pharmacist Day is commemorated annually to recognise the vital role pharmacists play in healthcare systems worldwide.
This year’s global theme “Think Health, Think Pharmacist” highlights the importance of pharmacists as trusted healthcare professionals who contribute significantly to community well-being, patient safety, and accessible healthcare services.
On this occasion, distinguished members of the foundation and the Employees Conference will reflect on the contributions of pharmacists in society, particularly their role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines, guiding public health awareness, and supporting healthcare delivery at grassroots levels.
