Er. Aijaz Hussain Vows to Empower Minorities After Being Named BJP Co-Incharge

Srinagar, September 12, 2025: The Minority Morcha, UT of Jammu & Kashmir, today felicitated Senior BJP Leader and DDC Member Srinagar, Er. Aijaz Hussain, on his appointment as Co-Incharge, Minority Morcha, UT of J&K.

During the program, workers of the Minority Morcha extended their heartfelt congratulations to Er. Aijaz Hussain and expressed confidence that under his leadership, minorities in J&K would get their due share and rightful representation in the BJP.

In his address, Er. Aijaz Hussain thanked the team members for their warm wishes and assured them of his dedication to ensure that minorities are welcomed wholeheartedly into the BJP fold. He reaffirmed his commitment to strengthen the party at the grassroots and to work tirelessly for the empowerment of minority communities.

On the occasion, a number of enthusiastic youth joined the BJP, inspired by the leadership of Er. Aijaz Hussain. The meeting also reviewed preparations and reporting for Seva Pakhwada, the nationwide program to celebrate the birthday of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Er. Aijaz Hussain directed the team to ensure that the programs are organized in every district of the Union Territory.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Imtiyaz Hussain, General Secretary Minority Morcha, briefed about various ongoing party activities and highlighted the significance of Seva Pakhwada. He also introduced the Minority Morcha team to the gathering. Shri Ashraf Reshi expressed happiness over Er. Aijaz Hussain’s new responsibility, while Shri Amarjeet Singh, Incharge of Seva Pakhwada, spoke in detail about the upcoming programs.

The event concluded with a pledge to strengthen the organization further and to work collectively for the development and empowerment of minorities in Jammu & Kashmir
