Srinagar, Sep 1: At a ceremony held at SKICC, noted video journalist Sajid Sidiq Sheikh was conferred with the 15th Bharat Ratna Dr. Ambedkar Award for his outstanding contributions to journalism.

The award was presented by Lieutenant Governor of J&K, Manoj Sinha, in the presence of Union Minister Ramdas Athawale.
