Budgam, Aug 11 (JKNS): In a spectacular display of patriotism and community spirit, the Sub-Divisional Administration Khansahib, Budgam on Monday organised a Mega Tiranga Rally under the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2025, as part of the run-up to the 79th Independence Day celebrations.
Led by SDM Khansahib Jhangir Ahmed, the rally commenced from the Government Higher Secondary School Khansahib premises and proceeded through the town, joined by a large contingent of women, children, and enthusiastic participants from across the subdivision.
The event drew massive participation from all sections of society senior officers from the administration and police, school students, women, youth, senior citizens, and the general public.
With hundreds waving the Tiranga high, the air resonated with patriotic slogans and songs, symbolising unity, freedom, and national pride. The rally was not only a vibrant celebration of India’s national identity but also a testament to the people of Khansahib’s unwavering commitment to the values embodied in the Tricolour. (JKNS)
