Srinagar, 8 Aug 25: Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) State President Vivek Bali, in his message on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, said that the festival is one of the most significant celebrations of Hindus, observed with great enthusiasm and joy across the country, as well as by Indians living abroad.

He said that Raksha Bandhan, celebrated on Shravan Purnima, holds special significance as it is dedicated to the sacred bond between brothers and sisters. “The festival beautifully represents one of the most cherished relationships in life, filled with moments of care, affection, selfless love, and even playful fights,” he added.
