Poonch, Aug 8 (JKNS): One person lost his life while two others, including a woman, sustained critical injuries after two vehicles collided near Tota Gali close to Bhimber Gali on the Poonch Highway on Friday.
Officials told news agency JKNS that the collision between the cars occurred under unclear circumstances, leading to severe damage and multiple injuries.
Army personnel deployed in the area responded swiftly, reaching the accident site within minutes. The injured victims were rescued and immediately shifted to a nearby Army hospital for urgent medical treatment.
While the identity of the deceased was not confirmed at the time of filing this report, police have registered a case and launched an investigation to ascertain the cause of the mishap. (JKNS)
