Kathua, Aug 5 (JKNS): Jammu and Kashmir Police in Kathua attaches property of 01 terror handler based in Pakistan worth lacs in Bani Kathua on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson in a statement issued here to news agency JKNS, Police in Bani Kathua after obtaining attachment order passed by Hon’ble Additional Sessions Court Kathua attached property measuring 16.5 Marlas worth lacs belonging to terror handler (JKNOP) based in Pakistan namely Mohd Ashraf S/O Manawar Din R/O Lowang ,Tehsil Bani, Dist Kathua.
The action was taken under section of 85 BNSS & is linked with case FIR No. 41/2001 U/S 302/364/382/109/212/120-B RPC of Police Station Bani
The property was identified belonging to absconders during the course of investigation/enquiry conducted by Police.
The operation reaffirms the commitments of J&K Police to combat the terror activities and break chain of terror ecosystem. (JKNS)
