The circular further directs all Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) and Heads of Institutions (HOIs) to furnish consolidated details of unsafe, structurally compromised, and flood-prone school buildings (PS & MS) to the CEO’s office by or before 2 PM today. The information must be provided in Excel format via WhatsApp on the given official number.

The CEO emphasized that this is an urgent matter and aims to enable the district administration to take preventive measures in time. Failure to comply with the directions will invite personal accountability for the defaulting officials. (JKNS)
