Srinagar, July 23 (JKNS): In a move aimed at enhancing coordination and healthcare delivery, the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura has appointed Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Professor, Department of General Medicine, as the Nodal Officer for patients from the Union Territory of Ladakh.
According to Office Order issued by Director SKIMS a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS, the decision has been taken “in the interest of efficient coordination and facilitation of healthcare services to the patients of the Union Territory of Ladakh for their treatment at SKIMS, Soura.”
The order states that Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat shall coordinate with other departments of SKIMS, wherever required, to ensure speedy and efficient healthcare management for Ladakh patients. (JKNS)
