Govt Orders Transfers and Postings of 3 JKAS, One IAS Officers of J&K Administration

Srinagar, July 3 (JKNS): In a fresh administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered several transfers and postings of officers in the interest of administration, according to an official order accessed by news agency JKNS.

As per the order issued news agency JKNS reads, Mr. Sham Lal Abrol, JKAS, presently serving as Collector, ERA, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, against an available vacancy.

In a related move, Mr. Vishal Kumar Sadhotra, Jr. Scale JKAS, serving as BDO Pancheri, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the Tourism Department for further posting.

Further, Ms. Aditi Singhaal, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently posted as CDPO Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, the order states.

Meanwhile, in a separate order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) by the order of the Lieutenant Governor, Shri Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, IAS (AGMUT: 2016), who has been transferred to the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, has been posted as Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) with immediate effect.

The changes have been made as part of routine administrative adjustments to streamline governance, the order reads. (JKNS)
