Er. Aijaz Hussain Listens to ‘Mann Ki Baat’ at Allochibagh, Pays Tribute to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee

Srinagar, June 28:Senior BJP Leader and DDC Member Srinagar, Er. Aijaz Hussain, today joined the Booth Committee of Allochibagh (Booth No. 87) in Lalchowk Constituency to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio program. The occasion also marked the death anniversary of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, which was observed with deep respect and patriotic spirit.

Addressing the gathering, Er. Aijaz Hussain recalled the historic role of Dr. Mukherjee, the founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh, in defending India’s unity and sovereignty. He highlighted Dr. Mukherjee’s sacrifice in opposing the permit system in Jammu & Kashmir and championing the cause of “Ek Vidhan, Ek Nishan, Ek Pradhan.”

The event saw the enthusiastic participation of Booth Committee members and key constituency functionaries including Nasrullah Matoo (Constituency General Secretary), Haji Mehrajudin Dar (Constituency Vice President), and Adil Ahmad (Constituency Secretary). Floral tributes were offered, and party workers pledged to uphold the values and legacy of Dr. Mukherjee.

Participants attentively listened to ‘Mann Ki Baat’, which continues to serve as a crucial bridge between the Prime Minister and citizens, highlighting inspirational stories, national development, and people’s participation.

Er. Aijaz Hussain commended the booth-level workers for their commitment and contribution to strengthening the BJP at the grassroots. He reiterated the importance of ideological clarity, organizational discipline, and community engagement in realizing the vision of a strong and united India.

Similar programs were held at various booths across Kashmir, as part of the BJP’s state-wide observance of Dr. Mukherjee’s death anniversary.
