CM Omar Abdullah Expresses Grief Over Ahmedabad Air Crash

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic air crash that occurred in Ahmedabad earlier today.

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), office of J&K CM as per news agency JKNS, conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families and extended prayers for the lone survivor and injured students at the BJ Medical College hostel.

“Shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic air crash in Ahmedabad. My heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. Prayers for the lone survivor and the injured students at BJ Medical College hostel,” CM Omar wrote on X as per JKNS.

The crash, which occurred earlier today, has resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries. Initial reports suggest the aircraft crashed near the BJ Medical College campus, causing damage to hostel premises and injuring several students. Emergency services are on-site, and an investigation into the cause of the crash is underway. (JKNS)
