Kulgam, June 10 (JKNS): The body of a 33-year-old man who went missing on Monday morning was recovered on Tuesday from Veshu Nallah near Aharbal in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district officals said.
They told news agency JKNS that the deceased has been identified as Waseem Ahmad Malik, a resident of New Colony Alyalpora, Shopian.
Waseem had reportedly gone missing yesterday. His body was retrieved from the water body and shifted for medico-legal formalities.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
