Baramulla: Senior political figure and former MLA of Langate constituency, Mohd Sultan Pandithpori, breathed his last today at his residence in Noor Bagh, Baramulla.
Family sources confirmed to news agency JKNS that Namaz-e-Janaza will be held at 9:00 AM tomorrow at his Noor Bagh residence. Pandithpori was also a former MLC and a respected voice in Jammu & Kashmir’s political circles.
He was the father of Irfan Pandithpori and brother of Gh. Nabi Pandithpori. His death has been widely mourned across political and social circles in North Kashmir, where he held significant influence for decades. (JKNS)
