Shopian, May 29 (JKNS): Security forces on Thursday claimed to have arrested two terrorist associates during a joint operation in Imamsahib area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that the operation was carried out by Security forces, leading to the apprehension of two individuals linked with terror activities. Arms and ammunition were also recovered from their possession.
“The duo was involved in providing logistic support to active terrorists in the region,” official sources said adding that further investigation is underway to ascertain their links and motives. (JKNS)
