Chennai: Thanks to the announcement of the ceasefire by India and Pakistan ending the four-day hostilities on the border, the lucrative IPL 2025, which was deferred due to border tensions resulting out of Operation Sindoor, will now resume on May 17 and the summit clash will be held on June 3.
This was announced by BCCI in a statement on Monday night after it took steps and initiated talks with the franchisees on resuming the event following announcement of ceasefire by both the Nations.
