Schools in Kupwara Baramulla to Remain Closed on May 9–10: DSEK

Schools in Gurez and proximity of Awantipora and Srinagar Airport to also remain closed

Srinagar: Director School Education Kashmir, Ghulam Nabi Ittoo, on Thursday said that all government and private schools in select areas of Kashmir shall remain closed for two days as a precautionary measure.

As per news agency JKNS, director school education said, “All Government and Private Schools of Baramulla, Kupwara, Sub-Division (Gurez) and schools falling in the proximity of Srinagar and Awantipora Airport shall remain closed on 9th and 10th of May 2025 as precautionary measures.”
