Jammu University Postpones All Exams Scdeduled for May 8-10

Srinagar: The University of Jammu has announced the postponement of all examinations scheduled from May 8 to May 10, 2025, in view of the prevailing war-like situation and related disturbances along border areas.

“It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that due to the prevailing war-like situation and consequent disturbances along the border areas, all University Examinations scheduled to be held from 8th May to 10th May, 2025, as per the datesheet(s) already issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, stand postponed,” reads the notification issued by Joint Registrar (Examinations Conduct, University of Jammu) a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS.

The notification further states that fresh dates for the postponed examinations shall be notified separately in due course of time.

“All concerned stakeholders are requested to remain in touch with the University website and official communication channels for further updates,” it added, while regretting the inconvenience caused. (JKNS)
