DC Kupwara reviews progress under JK Samadhan Portal

Kupwara: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan Friday convened a review meeting of all concerned officers and other stakeholders to assess the progress of the registration process under the JK Samadhan Portal.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the importance of timely and efficient registration of grievances, which can be accessed and resolved through the portal.
In her address, the DC highlighted the critical role of the portal in facilitating citizens’ access to government services and resolving disputes. She urged all the concerned departments to ensure maximum outreach and participation in the portal’s registration process.
CSC VLEs directed to ensure cent percent registration of the targeted population within the stiupulated time frame.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of registration in various tehsils and sub-divisions of the district, with a special focus on identifying areas where registration was lagging behind.
Meanwhile, timelines were fixed for different departments to ensure cent percent registration of the people.
The meeting was attended by ACD Kupwara, CEO, CMO, BDOs, DPM-NRLM, District Manager CSC and VLEs.
