Shantmanu congratulates students, appreciates BOSE

Jammu: Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Education, Shantmanu, who is also Chairman JKBOSE, has congratulated the students of 12th standard on declaration of results.
In a statement issued here Wednesday, Shantmanu remarked that higher secondary schooling forms a critical stage in the learning process and passing the class constitutes an important milestone in the academic journey. He said continuing the trend; girls have again outshone boys both in the overall pass percentage and top meritorious positions, merit list indicating that they have become more ambitious in academic pursuits over the years.
The Chairman greeted the students on their success while advising those who have not qualified the examination to go for introspection and work harder for the next examination session in order to come out victorious.
He also appreciated the BOSE staff especially secrecy wing for working extra hours to compile the results in a short span of 36 days. He said the board has achieved important milestone, which has to be maintained in coming years.
