Bandipora: Police on Tuesday claimed to have apprehended three persons along with arms and ammunition in the Shahgund Hajin area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district, sources said.
Police sources told news agency JKNS that acting on specific information, security forces arrested three individuals during a Naka checking operation at Shahgund Hajin.
From their possession, three grenades, one magazine, and seventeen rounds of ammunition were recovered.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard, and an investigation has been initiated, sources added.—(JKNS)
