Poonch, Apr 24 (JKNS): An MES electrician died after receiving an electric shock while on duty inside an army camp in Poonch district on Thursday.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that the deceased, identified as Naveen Sharma, son of Tilk Raj, resident of Sunderbani, was repairing an electric wire inside Army Camp at Saiklu when the incident occurred around 12:00 pm.
“He received a strong electric shock and died on the spot,” they said.
Police have initiated proceedings under judicial supervision. (JKNS)
