Srinagar, Apr 23 (JKNS): Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday morning visited the Police Control Room (PCR) in Srinagar to pay solemn tributes to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack.
Official sources told the Jammu Kashmir News Service (JKNS) that the trio offered floral tributes to the mortal remains of the deceased, which were brought to the PCR after medico-legal formalities.
Soon after the visit, Home Minister Amit Shah, along with LG Sinha, left for Baisaran in Pahalgam, where terrorists had opened fire on a group of civilians—mostly tourists—on Tuesday, resulting in the death of 26 people and injuries to several others.
