Kathua: The Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K, has kick-started its annual calendar of activities in Kathua with the Inter-School Zone Level Competitions for U/14 and U/17 years boys and girls across various sports zones in the District.
In Zone Bhaddu, the tournament was inaugurated by MLA Billawar, who wished the young athletes success.
DYSOO Kathua was also present on this occasion.
Similar competitions are underway in Zones Mahanpur and Lakhanpur, with concerned ZPEOs supervising the events. DDC Vice Chairman, inaugurated the U/14 and U/17 years tournament in Lakhanpur.
Students from various educational institutions of the District are actively participating in multiple sports disciplines, showcasing remarkable energy, talent, and sportsmanship.
