Body Found Inside Tunnel at Sanjay Nagar Park; Pistol Recovered

Jammu, April 22 (JKNS): A body was found under mysterious circumstances inside a children’s play tunnel at Sanjay Nagar Park in Gandhi Nagar area of Jammu on Tuesday.

Official sources told news agency JKNS that, A dead body was found and a pistol was recovered from the spot, raising suspicions about the nature of the incident.

A Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team also arrived at the scene and collected evidence for further investigation, they said.

The identity of the deceased and the exact cause of death are yet to be confirmed. Police have taken cognizance of the incident and a detailed probe has been launched. (JKNS)
