SRINAGAR,:The five days conclave at SSM College of Engineering Parihaspora on NEP-2020 that started on 9th April 2025 came to an end today on 14th April 2025 with Expert Lecture of Prof. (Dr.) B.S. Murty, Director Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad concluded. Academicians and Industrialists from various organizations which included Prof. (Dr.) Mushtaq Ahmad Darzi Dean School of Management University of Kashmir, Prof. (Dr.) Mushtaq Ahmad Siddiqi Chief Coordinator NEP University of Kashmir, Prof. (Dr.) M.A. Shah Department of Physics NIT Srinagar, Prof. Ajaz Masoodi Department of Civil Engineering NIT Srinagar, Prof. Shabir Ahmad Parah Department of Electronics and Communication University of Kashmir, Dr. Shabir Ahmad Sofi Department of Information Technology NIT Srinagar, Prof. (Dr.) Saad Parvez Department of Mechanical Engineering NIT Srinagar, Dr. Shahzadi Wafai Nowbahar Government Degree College Pattan, Dr. Muzamil Rafique Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department UT of Jammu and Kashmir, Administrators and Senior faculty members of SSM College of Engineering also participated. Threadbare deliberations/suggestions were given by all the participants.
Prof. Murty gave threadbare insight and said India was Vishwa Guru in the past in education and will be Vishwa Guru again by giving vast choice and flexibility to students through NEP-2020.
