Jammu: Army Jawan was injured after Terrioists on Friday night resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Akhnoor sector of Jammu district.

Official sources told news agency JKNS that the firing was intended to provide cover to a group of infiltrating terrorists attempting to sneak into the Indian side. Indian troops responded effectively to the provocation.
