Distt Admin Kupwara bids adieu to M Rouf Rehman, outgoing ADC

KUPWARA: District Administration Kupwara organized a function to bid a farewell to Mohammad Rouf Rehman, the outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of the district.
The farewell gathering, held at the District Administrative Complex Kupwara, was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan and was attended by a large number of officers and employees who expressed their gratitude and appreciation for his exceptional service.
The Deputy Commissioner, while addressing the gathering, highlighted Rehman’s significant role in improving the district’s administrative functioning and fostering a spirit of cooperation among different departments.
She said that Mohammad Rouf Rehman has been a competent officer, having a great sense of responsibility. She appreciated his role in dealing with different challenges and difficult tasks with a bold stance.
The emotional farewell saw speeches from several other officers who lauded the outgoing ADC’s tireless contributions to the district’s growth and his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people and employee friendly nature.
In his farewell speech, Mohammad Rouf Rehman expressed his gratitude for the support he received from the Deputy Commissioner, District Officers and employees and the citizens of Kupwara. He mentioned that it was an honor to serve the district and assured that his memories of Kupwara and its people would remain with him forever.
The event was marked with heartfelt messages, mementos, and well-wishes from the entire administration, symbolizing the deep respect and admiration held for Rehman.
