Sopore: As part of its efforts to combat drug abuse, Sopore Police organized a debate programme on “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan” at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Sopore. The event aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and promote a drug-free society.
The programme was attended by DySP DAR Sopore Shri. Mohammad Abdullah and IC PP Bus Stand SI Nazir Ahmad, along with faculty members and students. Speakers emphasized the importance of education, parental guidance, and stringent law enforcement in preventing drug abuse.
This initiative is part of the larger Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan campaign, launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment to combat substance abuse and promote a drug-free India.
