District Police Anantnag Conducts Assessment on Newly Introduced Laws.

Anantnag: The District Police Anantnag today organized a comprehensive assessment on Newly introduced Laws to enhance understanding and effective implementation among officers and officials. The assessment was conducted across three centers—District Police Lines (DPL) Anantnag, Sub-Division Kokernag, and Sub-Division Pahalgam—ensuring widespread participation across the district.

Nearly 750 officers and officials took part in the assessment, reaffirming their commitment to staying updated on legal advancements and ensuring efficient law enforcement. The evaluation focused on assessing their grasp of the new laws and their practical application in Policing.

Following the assessment, an interactive discussion session was held, providing a platform for officers to share insights, discuss challenges, and exchange ideas on the effective enforcement of these laws. This open forum encouraged collaborative learning and practical problem-solving.

SSP Anantnag, Shri Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy, IPS, emphasized the significance of such initiatives in keeping the Police force well-informed and prepared for legal advancements. “A thorough understanding of new laws is essential for effective enforcement. This initiative plays a crucial role in equipping our officers with the necessary knowledge and skills,” he stated.

The District Police Anantnag remains committed to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring its personnel are well-prepared to uphold the rule of law and enhance public safety across the district.
