Rajouri: Rajouri Police on Saturday issued a rebuttal after a video surfaced showing a resident of Khawas with visible injuries, alleging police inaction.
Police Spokesperson In a statement issued here to news agency JKNS reads, A video has surfaced allegedly showing a resident of Khawas with wounds inflicted by beating and claiming that no action has been taken by the police.
It is hereby clarified that cognizance has already been taken in this regard and a case FIR No. 26/2025 under relevant sections of law has been registered at PS Budhal. The investigation is underway, reads the statement. (JKNS)
