Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, V.K. Bidhuri on Friday said that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has laid a clear roadmap for ensuring round-the-clock electricity in Jammu and Kashmir, but public cooperation is essential to achieve this goal.
