DC reviews functioning of Tehsil Office, B’gam, Inspects infra upgradation works of Tehsil, DSEO Complex

Budgam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Akshay Labroo, on Tuesday reviewed the functioning of Tehsil Office, Budgam and took an overview of the various revenue services being provided by the Office of the Tehsildar, Budgam.
DC also inspected the revenue record room, and emphasised its further streamlining and convert it into a model record room.
Labroo also conducted an on site inspection of two major infrastructure upgradation projects in the district – the Tehsil Office Budgam and the Office complex of the District Statistics & Evaluation Office (DSEO), Budgam.
During the inspection of Tehsil office Budgam, the DC emphasised timely execution and maintenance of quality standards of work.
He directed the concerned departments to closely monitor progress and ensure the projects are completed within the stipulated timeframes.
Later, the DC also took stock of upgradation work on Office complex of the District Statistics & Evaluation Office, Budgam where he directed the officials and executing agency to adhere strictly to the set deadlines.
On the occasion, the DC stated that both the projects are important for enhancing administrative efficiency and delivering better services to the local population of Budgam.
He said, district administration is committed towards improving public infrastructure and ensuring better service delivery in Budgam.
