₹1.52 Lakh Fine Imposed on Food Traders for Violations in Srinagar

Srinagar,: The district administration has imposed a fine of ₹1.52 on several food traders in Srinagar for violating food safety norms.

In the adjudication proceedings held by Additional Deputy Commissioner Srinagar and Adjudicating Officer, Syed Ahmad Kateria as per news agency JKNS, a fine of ₹1,52,500 was imposed on food business operators for breaching various provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act (FSS Act).
