Baramulla,: In a continued effort to support education and community development, Smt. Rouble Nagi, renowned social activist and founder of the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation (RNAF), has donated 100 benches and 10 computers to Guru Nanak Dev Model High School, Baramulla. This initiative aims to enhance the school’s infrastructure, providing students with a more comfortable and technology-enabled learning environment.
The distribution ceremony, held on March 13, 2025, was attended by school authorities, students, and members of the local community. The donation was warmly received, with the new benches improving classroom conditions and the computers expanding digital learning opportunities for students.
Addressing the gathering, Smt. Rouble Nagi emphasized RNAF’s commitment to education, art, and social welfare. She stated, “Education is the cornerstone of a progressive society. This contribution follows RNAF’s previous support in 2024, when the foundation donated 200 benches to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chatoosa, Rafiabad, and Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Rainawari, Srinagar. These ongoing efforts reaffirm the foundation’s dedication to empowering young learners across the region.
