The Department of Commerce and Management Studies and the Women Empowerment Cell of Modal Government Degree College Charar-e-Sharief, in collaboration with Yes Bank, organized an awareness program on Financial Literacy at the college campus. The event aimed to educate students and faculty about essential financial concepts, banking services, and the importance of financial planning.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Prof. Shabila Mehraj who is heading the Department of Management Studeies, highlighting the importance of financial literacy in today’s fast-evolving economic landscape.

Experts from Yes Bank conducted interactive sessions, addressing various aspects of personal finance, saving habits, and financial decision-making.

 

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Mohammad Idrees, who expressed gratitude to Yes Bank officials, faculty members, and students for their enthusiastic participation and contribution to the success of the program.
