Samba: An old anti tank was found and later defused in Samba district of Jammu division on Saturday.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that an old anti-tank mine was found in the fields of former Sarpanch near the cremation ground in the border village of Kamour in Sub Sector Ramgarh of Samba.
They said that the former Sarpanch informed the BSF and the police following which the bomb disposal squad of Samba Police defused the mine.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started investigation.—(JKNS)
