Srinagar Heritage Festival ‘Soan Meeras’: Div Com Kashmir, DC Srinagar, Comm. SMC visit Kashmir Haat

Srinagar : Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat and Commissioner SMC, Dr Owais Ahmad on Thursday visited Kashmir Haat (Numaish Gah) here and witnessed the ongoing events of Srinagar Heritage Festival ‘Soan Meeraas’.
On the occasion, the Div Com engaged with the diversified cultural activities highlighting timeless tradition, cultural heritage and art of the Kashmir valley preserving essence of Kashmir’s cultural legacy and traditional practices.
The Div Com appreciated the District Administration Srinagar and Indira Gandhi National Centre of Art for organizing Srinagar Heritage Festival to showcase the essence of vintage Kashmir, portray past timeless glory through live exhibition and demonstrations.
