JAMMU: Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Advocate Abdul Rahim Rather, has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Dr. Sibtain Masoodi, brother of MLA Pampore, Justice (Retired) Hasnain Masoodi.
In his condolence message, the Speaker expressed deep sympathies with the MLA and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and forbearance for the family to bear this irreparable loss.
