Kulgam : A youth died under mysterious circumstances in Ikhwan colony area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday, police said.
Police sources told news agency JKNS that a youth, a resident of Ikhwan Colony, was shifted to a DH Kulgam after he unconscious.
However, he was declared dead on arrival at the facility.
The body of the deceased youth was handed over to his family Meanwhile case has been registered.(JKNS)
