Shopian : The District Development Commissioner (DDC), Shopian, Shishir Gupta on Monday chaired a review meeting in his office chamber here at Mini-Secretariat Shopian to assess the physical and financial progress of ongoing developmental projects & works under the District Capex Budget for 2024-25.
The meeting featured a detailed sector-wise analysis and progress achieved till date highlighting key parameters such as fund allocation and utilization rates, physical targets achieved, and challenges encountered during project execution.
The DDC emphasized the importance of timely project execution, optimal fund utilization, and adherence to quality standards across all sectors.
He directed for providing a detailed workwise information of all works and called for enhanced inter-departmental coordination to resolve bottlenecks hindering project progress.
The district heads were urged to expedite the clearance of financial claims to ensure immediate progress financially.
