Shopian : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Shishir Gupta, on Monday chaired a meeting with revenue officers to review the progress and status of various online and offline revenue services delivery in the district.
While reviewing delivery of online services through Jansugam and Revenue Plus Portals, status of applications, DC directed to tehsildars for strict adherence to the PSGA timeframes.
Besides, revenue matters including JK Samadhan, migrant portal, verification of online scanned records, digitised jamabandies and cadastral maps, SRO-43 cases were also reviewed.
He also reviewed the progress of verification of 1.0 maps of SVAMITVA and directed the concerned tehsildars to submit the pending maps to the Survey of India on top priority.
He instructed the revenue officers to show their presence in the field by frequently interacting with the public and sort out the grievances on the spot.
He emphasises on the inter-departmental coordination with respect to execution of various works in their respective jurisdiction.
To improve efficiency and transparency, officers were urged to adopt a proactive approach to address public grievances.
ADDC, ACR, SDM Zainapora and Tehsildars attended the meeting.
