BHSS Kandi Student Honoured for Outstanding Contribution to Republic Day Celebrations

Karnah Kupwara: Hayat Qureshi, a student of Class 11 at BHSS Kandi, was recently honoured with the Award of Appreciation and the Award of Participation on the occasion of Republic Day 2025. A known social activist, Hayat has always been actively involved in various community and social initiatives, and his passion for serving others was evident in his contribution to the Republic Day celebrations.

In a heartfelt message, Hayat expressed his gratitude to all those who played a role in the success of the event. He specifically thanked Mr. Khushal Sir and Mr. Khursheed Sir (ANO), the Lecturer of Mathematics at BHSS Kandi, the faculty members, and the students for their support and participation. Hayat acknowledged the enthusiasm of the young cadets and participants, which made the event a grand success.

He further highlighted the outstanding contributions of two volunteers, Mr. Amir Khan from Hajinar and Mr. Anees Jahangir from Tangdar. Their dedication and hard work during the Republic Day celebrations were truly commendable, and Hayat expressed his sincere gratitude for their efforts.

“I am highly honoured and blessed to receive these awards,” said Hayat. “This celebration was a collective effort, and I am grateful to everyone who made it memorable. A special thanks to all the cadets and volunteers whose spirit and dedication shone through.”

Wishing everyone a Happy Republic Day, Hayat saluted the enthusiasm and interest shown by the young cadets and participants of the institute, emphasizing that it was their commitment that made the program a resounding success.

The Republic Day event showcased the unity and enthusiasm of the BHSS Kandi family, with students, faculty, and volunteers coming together to make the occasion truly special.
