Srinagar: In preparation for the upcoming Republic Day, the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) has illuminated several key areas throughout the city, creating a festive atmosphere in honor of this momentous occasion in India’s history.

Among the locations brightened by the SMC are the Central Office in Karanagar, the scenic Rajbagh riverfront, the picturesque Dal Lake, M.A. Road, Jehangir Chowk to Rambagh Flyover, Poloview, Balidan Stambh and the historic Old Zero Bridge.
