Srinagar: The Vice-Chancellor University of Kashmir (KU), Prof. Nilofer Khan, conducted a detailed review of the functioning of various academic and administrative units of the university.
According to a statement issued from Centre for Public Relations University of Kashmir, Srinagar during the meeting, officers presented updates on the systems in place, highlighting the institution’s focus on transparency, efficiency, and professional integrity. They also provided updates on ongoing initiatives designed to further streamline processes and improve the university’s overall operations.
Prof. Khan expressed her satisfaction with the university’s operational practices, praising the seamless functioning of its departments. She emphasized that adherence to transparency and efficiency not only ensures accountability but also strengthens the institution’s reputation as a premier center of learning.
“The systems of transparency and professional integrity in place are commendable and reflects the collective commitment of our university to academic and administrative excellence,” she stated.
Prof. Khan lauded the collective efforts of faculty, officers, and staff for their dedication to maintaining high standards in both academic and administrative domains. She encouraged them to remain steadfast in their resolve to further improve the university’s standing at regional and national levels.
Prof. Khan also snubbed the false narratives being spread on some media platforms to malign the image of the university. She reassured the community that the institution remains committed to its core values of integrity and excellence, despite the attempts to damage its reputation.
