Jammu: The Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday notified the election schedule to elect its Jammu and Kashmir President.
Sanjay Bhatia, Returning Officer for State President Election, Jammu and Kashmir notified the election schedule on January 22.
The notification said on January 23 from 12 noon to 4 pm forms can be filed for the election of BJP state president.
The scrutiny of forms is from 5 pm to 7 pm on Thursday.
The date of election for the post of state president is on Friday.
The result of the election for the state president of J&K BJP will be declared on January 24 in the afternoon, the notification said.
